No. Registration is completely free. There is no sign-up fee, no monthly subscription, and no minimum deposit required just to create an account. You only spend money when you voluntarily make a deposit and choose to place a bet.

No. Betfred strictly allows one account per person. Duplicate registrations — even if your first account is inactive — violate our Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, both will be suspended and any balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your existing account details, use the OTP login method or contact support@betfred.plus.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play on Betfred Pakistan. Age is verified against your CNIC during the KYC process before any withdrawal is processed. Betfred does not accept registrations from anyone under 18, and accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately.

Log in and go to Account Settings → Profile. You can update your email address, mobile number, and notification preferences from there. Name and date of birth changes require a support request to support@betfred.plus along with a copy of your CNIC, as they must match KYC documents. Do not delay updating your mobile number if you change your SIM — OTP recovery depends on access to that number.

Email support@betfred.plus with the subject "Account Closure Request." Your account will be closed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining is returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC verification. Closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. If your reason for closing is related to problem gambling, consider using self-exclusion instead, which is faster and specifically designed for that purpose.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. A reset link will be sent to your inbox — click it and set a new password. Alternatively, use the OTP Login tab: enter your registered Pakistani mobile number, receive a 6-digit SMS code, and sign in without any password. You can then set a new password from account settings at your leisure.

After five consecutive failed login attempts, Betfred automatically locks your account for 15 minutes as a security measure. No action is needed — just wait 15 minutes and try again. If you are still locked out after that, use the OTP login method or contact support@betfred.plus for manual recovery.

Yes. betfred.plus uses full SSL/TLS encryption for all communications — your login credentials, payment details, and personal data are transmitted securely. All login attempts are logged with timestamp and IP. You do not need a dedicated app; the mobile browser experience is fully secure and identical in functionality to desktop.

Contact support@betfred.plus immediately with the subject "Unauthorised Account Activity." Our team can freeze your account while investigating. Change your password immediately using the password reset flow. Never share your OTP or password with anyone — Betfred staff will never ask you for these details under any circumstances.

Betfred Pakistan accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit is Rs 200 via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, or SadaPay. For IBFT bank transfers the minimum is Rs 500, and for Visa/Mastercard the minimum is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by Betfred, though your bank or mobile wallet may have their own daily transaction caps.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay deposits typically credit to your Betfred balance within seconds — occasionally up to 2 minutes during high-traffic periods. IBFT bank transfers can take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing times. Visa/Mastercard deposits usually credit within 1–5 minutes. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support@betfred.plus with your transaction reference number.

Log in, go to Account → Withdraw, select your preferred method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals require your KYC verification to have been completed first (CNIC submission). Once KYC is approved, standard withdrawal processing takes 1–24 hours depending on the method. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically the fastest. Withdrawals always go back to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible.

Betfred does not charge its own fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider — bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or card issuer — may apply their own transaction fees. Betfred has no control over third-party charges. Check your payment app or bank's fee schedule if you are unsure.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 across all payment methods. The maximum per single withdrawal request is Rs 500,000. You can bet on match winner, series winner, top run-scorer, top wicket-taker, total runs in an innings or over, method of dismissal, player of the match, and many more specific markets. Some markets — like individual over totals and ball-by-ball outcomes — are only available in live in-play mode. Pre-match markets open as soon as fixtures are confirmed.

If a match is abandoned before a result can be determined (typically before the minimum number of overs required for a result), bets are voided and stakes returned in full to your Betfred balance. For matches where a result is declared via the DLS method or by an official governing body ruling, those results stand. Betfred follows ICC and PSL official result rulings in all cases.

The minimum bet on sports markets is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm. High-value betting requests beyond standard limits can be discussed with support@betfred.plus — some limits can be adjusted for verified high-volume players.

Aviator is a crash-style game where a multiplier starts at 1x and climbs as a plane flies across the screen. You place a bet before the round starts, then cash out at any multiplier before the plane flies away. If the plane disappears before you cash out, your bet is lost. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you must place a total of Rs 5,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Always read the specific terms of each bonus offer — wagering requirements, minimum odds, and eligible games vary by promotion. No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active and wagering requirements are incomplete, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited. Your original deposited real-money balance (excluding the bonus) can generally still be withdrawn at any time — check the specific bonus terms for exact rules.

You need to submit a clear photograph of both the front and back of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). The images must be in focus, fully visible without cropping, and unobstructed. Expired CNICs are not accepted. Upload the images via Account Settings → Verification, or email them to support@betfred.plus with your account username in the subject line.

KYC document review typically completes within 24 hours of submission. During peak periods it can occasionally take up to 48 hours. You will receive an email notification once your KYC is approved. If more than 48 hours have passed without a response, contact support@betfred.plus with your account username and the date you submitted documents.

Yes — you can deposit and place bets before completing KYC. However, you cannot withdraw winnings until KYC is approved. Betfred recommends completing KYC as soon as you register to avoid delays when you first want to withdraw. The process is a one-time requirement and does not need to be repeated for future withdrawals.

Common reasons for KYC rejection include blurry or cropped images, mismatched name between the CNIC and registration details, expired CNIC, or incomplete document submission (one side only). You will receive an email explaining the specific reason. Resubmit corrected documents as instructed. If the name on your account does not match your CNIC exactly, contact support@betfred.plus to update your registered name before resubmitting.

Log in and go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Select "Deposit Limits" or "Loss Limits" and choose a daily, weekly, or monthly cap. Confirm the amount and it takes effect immediately. Self-exclusion locks your Betfred account for a chosen period — minimum 6 months, up to 5 years. Your account cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. To activate, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, or email support@betfred.plus with "Self-Exclusion" as the subject. The lock takes effect within 60 minutes of your request. Your real-money balance is held securely and returned when the period expires.

Yes. Use the Cool-Off Period tool in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. You can take a break of 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, or up to 6 weeks without permanently closing your account. During a cool-off period you cannot log in, deposit, or bet, and all Betfred marketing to you is paused. The cool-off cannot be reversed early — this friction is intentional and part of what makes the tool effective.

While Betfred cannot share account-specific details with third parties for privacy reasons, all third-party welfare reports are treated seriously and trigger an internal responsible gaming review.
